
### Business Trip

1. Fill out and sign the form _[Dienst- oder Fortbildungsreiseantrag](https://www.uni-regensburg.de/assets/verwaltung/dokumente/Dienstreise_Fortbildungen/Dienstreiseantrag__deutsch___englisch__2023-01-31__aktuell_.pdf)_.
2. Give the form to Sharon, preferably in digital form.
3. After the application has been granted, you will get back the form. **Keep it** for the [reimbursement of travel expenses](#reimbursement-of-travel-expenses).
4. If your trip is abroad, you also have to fill out the _[Entsendungsauftrag](https://www.uni-regensburg.de/assets/verwaltung/dokumente/Dienstreise_Fortbildungen/Ents_Antrag_UR_HP_dt_v4.pdf)_ and mail it to entsendungen@ur.de.

### During the Trip

- Keep an invoice for all work related expenses.
- The invoice address should preferably be your University address.

### Reimbursement of Travel Expenses

1. Fill out and sign the form _[Auszahlungsanordnung und Antrag auf Erstattung für Reisekosten](https://www.uni-regensburg.de/assets/verwaltung/dokumente/Dienstreise_Fortbildungen/2023_12_20_Reisekosten_-_Erstattungsantrag.pdf) ([english version](https://www.uni-regensburg.de/assets/verwaltung/dokumente/Dienstreise_Fortbildungen/reisekosten-antrag_v2_en.pdf))_ (_Org.-Stammnummer_ you can find e. g. in the BayZeit portal under Mitarbeiter > Urlaubsbogen fürs aktuelle Jahr > Personal Nummer).
2. Give the printed form to Sharon together with the original application for the business trip and the receipts for the travel expenses.
